Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our Husky gets a little itchy especially during summer time. These are helping, he's not scratching so much and he loves them.
Cottonwood is up and one a day make all the difference. Natural ingredients, and he seems to love the taste. Good value to see him back to his old self.
Colostrum and licorice are known to help with allergies. Valerian is calming and apple cider vinegar is known to boost the immune system. And these are the four top ingredients, with colostrum being the main ingredient.
The dosage of 2 chews is for 25 lbs of body weight.
My little guy likes them but then he is not picky. He weighs 7 lbs and they were the perfect size for him, very soft and easy to chew with his tiny teeth. Aroma was fine.
Base ingredients: Oat flour, flaxseed, sunflower lecithin, de-ionized water, brewer’s yeast, sunflower oil. Organic vegetable blend: carrots, beets, apples, celery, lemon and cucumber.
It also says Peanut Butter flavor, which I find odd since there are no peanuts in it, so how did they come up with peanut butter flavor.
No company address on the packaging. It is a requirement of the AAFCO that the name of the company or distributor be on the packaging. I did find their website and they are located in Liberty, Missouri. I have no issue with brand start-ups though as you never know when it will be the next big thing.
Since he is only 7 lbs, I gave him only one but it did not ease his licking at all. Will continue for a week and see if there is any change.
Good for itch relief, skin coat and dogs love them! Good quantity for the money.
Wanted to try these because our boys chews the pads of his feet a lot and I've read that could be allergy related. At almost 70 pounds he get 5 of these daily. I don't know for sure that they're changing much but I see other report results, and when it comes to body stuff results always vary. All I can say is he does eat them, but indifferently - he definitely doesn't take them like a treat. Which is FINE for us but if you have a very picky eater, be prepared if they turn up their nose. Worth a shot though!
